SHARE Affordable Housing & Stability Program

Provides housing assistance, case management, and connections to supportive services for individuals and families experiencing homelessness or at risk of losing their housing. Support may include housing planning, employment resources, budgeting, mental health services, domestic violence resources, childcare, and transportation. Applications must go through the Housing Solutions Center.

Who qualifies: Individuals and families who are homeless or at risk of homelessness and have significant barriers to obtaining housing, such as illness, disability, or insufficient financial resources. Participants must be referred through the Housing Solutions Center.
