The non-subsidized Midland Commons waitlist opened August 25, 2026 and will remain open until the currently available units are filled. The opening covers studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments at 2830 SE 127th Ave., Portland. Applicants must have qualifying income or tenant-based voucher/rental assistance.
