Free telephone counseling for Washington renters with eviction notices, landlord disputes, or other rental housing problems. Trained non-attorney counselors explain tenant rights, discuss steps that may help prevent housing loss, and provide referrals to community resources and legal assistance. The hotline does not provide legal advice or court representation.

The hotline offers free education and counseling from trained non-attorney counselors; it does not provide legal representation. Current hotline hours are Monday 10 AM–1 PM and Spanish Friday 9 AM–noon. Interpretation is available in most languages.
