Share Housing and Essential Needs (HEN)
Rapid-rehousing assistance for Clark County households experiencing homelessness who have been approved for Washington’s Housing and Essential Needs program. SHARE may provide emergency rental assistance, crisis management, hygiene and cleaning supplies, and transportation passes while the participant remains eligible and funding is available.
Who may qualify
Washington residents experiencing homelessness who have a HEN referral from DSHS. DSHS generally requires applicants to be unable to work for at least 90 days because of a physical or mental condition, meet income and resource limits, and be at least 18, legally emancipated, or married. Final eligibility and referral are determined by DSHS.
