Income-restricted affordable rental homes, primarily in North and Northeast Portland, with unit-specific limits at 30%, 50%, or 60% of area median income.
Who may qualify
Households whose gross annual income is at or below the limit for the selected home. Income generally must equal at least 1.5 times the rent unless the household has a qualifying tenant-based voucher. Occupancy and screening rules also apply.
