Oregon Law Center Eviction Defense
Provides free legal assistance to low-income Oregon renters facing an eviction court case. The program may offer legal information, advice, or court representation after reviewing the case. Renters should contact the program immediately and before their first court appearance. This program does not provide rent assistance.
Who may qualify
Low-income renters anywhere in Oregon with an active eviction court case. Multnomah County renters may also request help after receiving a landlord termination notice, even before a court case is filed. Services are available regardless of immigration status.
