JOIN – Leasing and Housing Placement Support
Helps individuals and families overcome barriers to renting permanent housing. The program offers housing placement assistance, financial support, landlord coordination, and continued help securing and maintaining stable housing.
Who may qualify
Individuals and families facing barriers to the traditional rental market, including low income, limited rental history, unstable employment, disability, immigration status, previous evictions, or justice-system involvement. Participants must be referred through JOIN’s Placement or Retention teams.
