Central Oregon Coordinated Entry System
A standardized housing assessment that connects individuals and families experiencing homelessness with available shelter, housing, and support options across Central Oregon.
Who may qualify
Adults, families and youth experiencing homelessness in Central Oregon, including people sleeping outdoors, in shelters or in vehicles without basic utilities, and people fleeing domestic violence, sexual assault or trafficking. Certain people leaving institutions may also qualify; call for screening.

Call the Coordinated Entry System hotline on Tuesdays or Thursdays from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. to complete a housing assessment. Completing an assessment does not guarantee shelter or housing.
