Limited rental and utility assistance, eviction-prevention help, and case management for qualifying Jackson County households.
Who may qualify
Jackson County households. Rental assistance generally requires income at or below 80% of area median income. Energy assistance has separate rules, including income at or below 60% of Oregon median income. ACCESS screens each household; funding is limited.

For the 2026 energy-program rollover, phone scheduling starts October 1; no appointments are available October 1–18. Priority scheduling for seniors and people with disabilities runs October 19–30, with scheduling for all eligible households starting November 2.
